May Lucky Box winner is...

In order to collate a client data base, I started a Lucky Draw Box at Salamanca, collecting emails from the customers. I asked Nick Haddow my trading partner at the Market, of Bruny Island Cheese, to draw the lucky email slip. The winner of the May 3 kg Lucky Box is Kim Gosschalk. Your prize Kim, photographed here, is on its way. Thanks Nick for your email plucking expertise.

This brings me to our new Business Model. We find that many market customers cannot take product home due to baggage weight limitations. So we now offer a 3 or 5kg box, $15 or $18 freight Australia wide via Australia Post. We get 5 to 7, or 7 to 9 products respectively in the boxes. TassieTasteBuds splits the freight cost with you.

It’s fun. The customer can fill the box at the market and then we package and post.
